Terms of service
Last updated September 5, 2026
These terms are between the subscribing office and R2 Roadmap LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (R2 Roadmap), for an office that subscribes to R2 Referrals through this site. Referral partners and referred homeowners use the service under the participating office's program terms and this site's privacy policy. An office that signs a master service agreement with R2 Roadmap is governed by that agreement wherever it differs from this page. Plain language is intentional; nothing here is hidden in the fine print.
The service
R2 Referrals gives an office a referral partner program: a portal where partners share a personal link and watch their referrals move from received to sold to installed to paid, automatic partner updates sent from each rep's own account, an office dashboard for administrators, a rep view, a public office page with a leaderboard, and an integration that accepts customer events from the office's business system. Features are described on this site and in the office's proposal.
Accounts and seats
The office designates administrators who manage the office, its reps, and its partners. Each active rep is a seat. Seats follow the office's active rep count automatically: terminating a rep ends that seat with the next invoice, adding a rep starts one, and there is no fee to reassign a seat from one person to another. Seats past 32 in one office are free. The office is responsible for the people it gives logins to and for keeping its administrators current.
Fees and billing
The subscription is a monthly office platform fee plus a monthly seat fee for each active rep, billed in advance each month to the card on file, with a one-time onboarding fee at the start. Phone numbers and text message usage in the office's accounts are billed at cost. Prices are on the pricing page at the time of signup and change only with 30 days' notice. If a payment fails, the office has seven days to update its card before the dashboard is paused; partner links and public pages keep working during the pause. There is no long-term contract; the subscription is month to month.
The pilot
An office may start with a pilot of 60 days on seats only, with the platform fee and the onboarding fee waived for the pilot period. Either party can end the pilot at any time. An office that continues past the pilot moves to the standard subscription on the next billing date.
Ownership of data
The office owns its customer relationships and its data: customers, referral partners, referrals, conversations, opt-out records, and the phone numbers provisioned in its accounts. R2 Roadmap processes that data only to provide the service and claims no other rights to it. Who pays the invoice does not change ownership: a seat paid by a rep is still the office's seat. R2 Roadmap owns the software, the templates, and the service itself, and grants the office a license to use them for the term of the subscription.
Rep turnover
When a rep leaves, the office's administrator marks the rep terminated on the dashboard and names a replacement. The rep's login is revoked, the rep's partners and open referrals move to the replacement, and the rep's user is removed from the account while the account and its phone number stay with the office. A departing rep has no right to retain or export the office's customer information through the service.
Consent, opt-outs, and compliance
Messages are sent from the office's own accounts and phone numbers in the office's name, and the office is the sender. R2 Roadmap captures consent on the forms it hosts, stores that consent with a timestamp, honors STOP and unsubscribe automatically, and records opt-outs on the contact. The office is responsible for consent and Do Not Call scrubbing on any list it supplies, for its own reps' conduct, and for registering its phone numbers for business texting. Each party is responsible for its own compliance with the laws that govern calls, texts, and email, and the master service agreement allocates liability in detail.
Acceptable use
The office and its users will use the service only for the office's own referral program, will not send messages to anyone who has not agreed to receive them, will not upload data they have no right to use, will not attempt to reach another office's data, and will not resell or sublicense the service.
Referral rewards
Referral rewards are the office's own program. The office sets its tiers, decides which referrals qualify, pays its partners, and records the payment on the dashboard. R2 Roadmap does not pay partners, does not hold reward funds, and makes no promise to any partner on the office's behalf.
Support
Support is by email at Support@R2Roadmap.com and by phone. Response targets by severity are in the office's proposal: within one hour in business hours for an outage, within four business hours for a broken feature, and within one business day for questions. Issues in the underlying platforms are escalated by R2 Roadmap on the office's behalf.
Availability and changes
We aim for the service to be available at all times and tell subscribed offices when it is not. We improve the service continuously and may add, change, or retire features; we will not remove a capability an office depends on without notice and a path forward.
Ending the subscription
The office may cancel at any time from the billing page, effective at the end of the current billing period. R2 Roadmap may suspend or end an office's subscription for non-payment after the grace period, or for a material breach of these terms that is not cured within 15 days of notice. On termination for any reason the office receives a full export of its data within 30 days, and R2 Roadmap deletes the office's data after the export is confirmed, except records it must keep for billing or legal reasons. The office's accounts and phone numbers can be transferred to the office intact.
Warranties and liability
R2 Roadmap will provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, the service is provided as is, and R2 Roadmap does not promise any particular sales result. To the extent the law allows, R2 Roadmap's total liability to an office for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees the office paid in the twelve months before the claim, and neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute that the parties cannot settle between themselves is brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and each party consents to that venue.
General
These terms and the office's proposal are the whole agreement between the office and R2 Roadmap LLC unless a signed master service agreement replaces them. Notices go to the office's administrator email and to Support@R2Roadmap.com. If part of these terms is unenforceable the rest still applies. Read them together with the privacy policy and the disclaimer.
