R2 Referrals is a product of R2 Roadmap LLC (R2 Roadmap), an independent Colorado company. It is built for window and door offices, including offices that operate under a national brand, and it is sold to each office directly. R2 Roadmap is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any manufacturer or franchisor, and brand names that appear in an office's own messages belong to their owners and are used by that office under its own agreements.

No guaranteed results

The service gives an office a way to run a referral program and see it working. It does not guarantee any number of referrals, appointments, sales, or revenue. Results depend on the office's customers, its reps, its rewards, and how consistently the program is run. Figures on this site that describe potential returns are illustrations built from an office's own stated numbers or from published industry benchmarks, and each is labeled as such where it appears.

Live and demo numbers

Counters on this site labeled as live program totals are aggregate counts across participating offices, updated on a delay, and never include names. The demo office is a working example with sample partners, sample reps, and sample referrals; its people and numbers are not real customers. Sample emails shown on this site are rendered with placeholder names.

Not legal, tax, or compliance advice

Descriptions of consent capture, opt-out handling, Do Not Call scrubbing, and reward payments explain what the service does. They are not legal advice, and they do not replace the office's own obligations under the laws that govern calls, texts, email, employment, and taxes. Each office should have its own counsel review its referral reward terms, its messaging practices, and its agreements with reps and partners. Whether a referral reward is taxable to a partner, and who reports it, is between the office, the partner, and their advisors.

The service runs on providers for messaging, hosting, database, email, and payments. Their availability affects ours. Links from this site to other websites, including an office's own site, are provided for convenience, and R2 Roadmap is not responsible for their content.

Accuracy of this site
